Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher
We're searching for a passionate, capable and enthusiastic educator to seize a truly exciting opportunity to shape the future of mathematics learning! This rewarding role involves delivering our mathematics intervention and extension programmes to small groups of students from Y0–6, with an initial focus on our Y3–6 students.
This is a chance to be a catalyst for change! You will implement our Maths Acceleration Programme (aligned with the New Zealand Curriculum) to directly impact our ākonga's success. You'll be the key to helping some students confidently access year-level content, while also providing challenges that extend and inspire those who are already working beyond expectation.
We are looking for a teacher who can:
Be a Maths Champion: Demonstrate a deep, strong pedagogical understanding of mathematics and lead effective intervention practices.
Spark Joy and Confidence: Be passionate about fostering a genuine love of mathematics, unlocking potential, and building student confidence.
